What to Bring

It's always a good idea to be prepared when planning an outdoor excursion - spring, summer or fall.   

A valid New York OR Pennsylvania fishing license is required to fish the Upper Delaware River.    You may purchase your license upon your arrival in Narrowsburg.   Children, under the age of 16, are not required to obtain a fishing license.   Children, 12 years of age and under, are required to wear a PFD (Personal Flotation Device) while on board.

• Raingear/ Poncho

• Hat with wide brim

• Sweatshirt

• Waders

• Valid NY or PA fishing license

• Shorts (for wet wading)

• Sneakers (for wet wading)

• Sunblock

• Gloves*

• Longjohns*

• Woolen clothes*

* Combined temperatures below 100 (50 degrees water + 50 degrees air)

* Combined temperatures above150 (70 degrees water + 80 degrees air)
